SCOPE OF WORK
Projected project scope is to build an addition to Adam ES and perform renovations to the existing site.
Milestones – Construction Phase
  • Board Approval – 5/16/16
  • Notice to Proceed – 5/17/16
  • Pre-Construction – 5/18/16
  • Construction: Phase 1 – 6/6/16 – 8/11/17 (Detention Pond, New Additions, Site Work, etc.)
  • Construction: Phase 2 – 6/6/16 – 8/12/16 (Abatement, Above Ceiling Work, etc.)
  • Construction: Phase 3 – 5/30/16 – 8/11/17 (Interior Renovations, Site Work, Canopy, etc.)
  • Substantial Completion Date – 8/11/17
  • Close Out: 2/16/18
Scope of Work Completed
  • Architectural/Activities/Food Service:
    • Replaced existing lay-in ceiling tile and grid throughout the facility
    • Replaced walking track & basketball court
    • Provided new canopy at entry
    • New LED lighting throughout the campus
    • New Building Controls
    • New Cat6 cabling
    • New walls and teaching walls
    • New carpet throughout the campus
    • New casework throughout the campus
    • Approximately 15,000 SF classroom and admin addition
    • Approximately 6,000 SF kitchen addition and kitchen renovation
    • New doors and hardware
  • Building Envelope:
    • Replaced singly ply roof
  • Civil/Fire & Life Safety:
    • Installation of new fire sprinkler system throughout the facility
    • Structural Spray Asphalt Parking Lot
    • Detention Pond
  • Security
    • New secure entry with bullet resistant glass
    • New lockdown panic buttons
    • New PA system
    • New security system including camera replacement
